Return Policy
Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com coaching, mentoring, and consulting packages are non-returnable. Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com products may be returned only if they are damaged during shipping and reported immediately to Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com and the shipping carrier upon receipt of the damaged item(s).
Refund Policy
Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com has a no refund policy for all products and services. Missed appointments or sessions may be rescheduled; however, a rescheduling fee may apply. Monthly subscriptions to the Protege Clubs may be terminated by contacting Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com through our website’s contact us page.
Delivery Method
Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com coaching, mentoring, and consulting packages are delivered by phone, computer, and/or other electronic means of communication. Barb Gordon Photo Coach.com products are shipped within 7 days of order receipt via the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
PS – Remember, if you don’t absolutely LOVE being a member of my Protege Clubs you can quit at any time. No hard feelings, I promise! I only want inspired photographers who are ready to transform their hobby into a successful business so if that’s not you, then joining the Protege Club may not be a fit for you right now.
