Closing

Closing day. The end of a chapter in my career.

Purchasing an old Victorian home for a studio nine years ago was a big step. At the time, I felt like I was finally on the map! A charming building, a big stone sign, and a lot of square footage to expand my business into. My handy husband and I had big dreams, energy, and time on our hands.

I have learned so much from this part of the journey. I will probably never ever have wall paper.

Of course there are a lot of mixed emotions. Relief to excitement. Burden to freedom. Being somebody to being off the grid.

Now, I must memorize my new office phone number, get my new business cards out, and start organizing my new space.
