		<description>Let me follow up with this thought: These FREE tests are not the BEST way to go because they cause most people who use them to misinterpret their true type and then it gives MBTI (Myers-Briggs) and all other personality tools a bad rap.  
 

This is as frustrating to them as in our field of photography. It is kind of like trying to take your own headshot or family photos, instead of hiring the professional!

My apologies to the qualified administrators of these assessment tools that work so diligently to do it right.</description>
